Welcome to Roger's Piano. With a warehouse of over 150 pianos and a showroom of 125 pianos, Roger's Piano has one of the largest inventories in New England.
I would like to take a minute to give you a little background information on Roger's Piano. My name is Roger Shaffer, and I have been selling the world's finest pianos for 30 years. At present we are an authorized dealer for Schimmel, Vogel, Perzina, and Heintzman , among others. For about 15 years I specialized in new and pre-owned pianos by such prestigious makers as Steinway, Mason Hamlin, Bechstein, Bosendorfer and Bluthner. As the piano market changed, Roger's Piano has adapted to reflect current buying trends. I have reduced the number of very high end pianos on my floor ,and now carry a much wider selection, including the best values in entry level and mid level pianos. Recently we have even started to carry the Kurzweil Digital piano.
I was personally involved in every aspect of piano restoration , and was a Registered member of the Piano Technicians guild. As my business grew, I gave up personally restoring and tuning pianos, and now employ only the very finest and most experienced technicians to care for my pianos both before and after the sale. Because of my technical background, I know pianos from a structural point of view. I also know them from a pianist's perspective. It is my opinion that no one else in the industry has the complete understanding of pianos as I do.
